Guide · paying a payout

Pay a payout.Once, for everyone.

You received a payment link. Here is how to check the payout and pay it — a single payment, and every party receives their share.

  • A wallet with ETH
  • About 15 minutes the first time
  • The total on the link + a small network fee
  1. 01

    Get a wallet.

A wallet is a free app that holds your funds and signs your payments. Install one, create an account, and write down your recovery phrase — twelve words — on paper. It is the only way back into your wallet: never share it with anyone.

  2. 02

    Add ETH.

Buy ETH straight from your wallet — most have a Buy button that accepts a card or a bank transfer — or on an exchange or app you already use, then send it to your wallet address.

Get at least the total shown on the payment link, plus a little extra to cover the network fee.

  3. 03

    Check the payout.

Open the payment link and connect your wallet. Before anything moves, you see every party, each share, the 2% fee and the exact total to pay.

If something doesn't match what you agreed, don't pay: ask the person who sent the link to cancel the payout and create a new one.

  4. 04

    Pay once.

Click Pay and confirm in your wallet. That single payment sends every party their exact share, all in the same transaction.

If anything is off — not enough ETH, the wrong wallet connected — the payment is refused and nothing moves.

  5. 05

    Keep your record.

Once the payout is paid, download the payment record from the payout page: the payout, each share, when it was paid, and a reference anyone can check on the blockchain.

Questions

How much do I pay in total?

Exactly the total shown on the payment link: every party’s share plus the 2% fee. On top of that, the network charges a small fee to process the transaction — your wallet shows it before you confirm.

What if I don’t have enough ETH?

The payment does not go through and nothing is sent. Add the missing ETH to your wallet and try again.

Can I pay only part of the payout?

No. A payout is paid in one go, for its full total. That is what guarantees every party receives their exact share at the same moment.

What if an amount looks wrong?

Don’t pay. A payout cannot be edited once it has been created — ask the person who sent you the link to cancel it and create a new one.

Why can’t I pay yet?

Some payouts wait for every party to approve their share first. The payment link shows what is still pending; the button becomes available once everything is in.

Can a payment be reversed?

No. Once confirmed, a blockchain payment is final. That is why the link shows every share and the exact total before you pay.
